Launched the Platform for Accreditation of Training Organizations- PAEF
The Directorate General of Employment publicly presented the Platform for Accreditation of Training Organizations – PAEF, a tool created to modernize, give a new dynamic to the accreditation process of training entities and improve this system.
The creation of this platform also aims to facilitate and speed up the accreditation system, reducing asymmetries and promoting a closer relationship between the accrediting entity and public and private vocational training entities.
The presentation event of the accreditation platform was chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance and Digital Economy, Olavo Correria, in the presence of public and private entities of vocational training and partners.
On the occasion, the Ruler stressed that the young Cape Verdeans need opportunities, and considered vocational training as an opportunity that is being created for all young people.
According to Olavo Correia, the qualification of the youth is the Government’s main goal, whose bet is to qualify for employment and employability, highlighting the reinforcement of the investment that is being made in the professional training system and in the promotion of entrepreneurship.
The executive also highlighted the intention to strengthen the partnership between the Public and the Private, “focusing on a better service possible provided to young Cape Verdeans, in all islands and municipalities.
In turn, the General Director of Employment, Danilson Borges, said that PAEF represents a new era in the accreditation of training entities. For, the platform “will facilitate the accreditation request process and automate this entire process, becoming a streamlined process, which allows greater interaction with companies,” he said.
