Application for Initial Accreditation

To obtain Initial Accreditation, the Training Entity must objectively demonstrate that its structure and training practices are adequate to the offer it develops and meet the previous requirements and the quality reference.

This demonstration is done through an accreditation request consisting of a set of information and documents that can be submitted on the PAEF platform.

The INITIAL ACCREDITATION is granted for a period of four (4) years, phased in, according to the results of the monitoring and control submitted and the fulfillment of the recommendations that accompany the Accreditation Charter.

 

Application for Initial Accreditation

Who can apply?
Public and private entities, national or foreign, regularly constituted or registered in Cape Verde, with legal personality, as long as they fulfill the accreditation requirements to develop courses or initial or continuing training actions.
When to Apply?
When the Training Entities meet all the conditions that allow the development with quality of courses and professional training actions in certain areas and with an indication of the training levels.
How to apply?
The training entity must register on the Autentika platform to create its account and then access the PAEF platform to submit the Request for Previous Registration. After analysis and authorization of the Previous Registration Request, the training entity can proceed with the Initial Accreditation Request.
Required Requirements

The Training Entity must

Be regularly incorporated and duly registered;
– Its tax and contributory situation is regularized (Finances and INPS);
– Not be in a situation of suspension or interdiction;
– Have coordinators, trainers and support staff
– Have adequate facilities and equipment;
– Methods for selecting trainees and instruments of evaluation;
– Technical-pedagogical dossiers;
– Having written training contracts with trainees and trainers, among other requirements.

In addition to filling out the forms on the PAEF platform, the Training Entity must also submit the following documents: Commercial Register; Proof of Partnership (if any)
What is the cost?
The following fee due for the Initial Accreditation process is established: Initial Accreditation fee = $200,000; This amount is determined based on the administrative costs resulting from the Initial Accreditation acts and procedures. Note: The fee amount can be paid in monthly installments within a 6 month period, upon request by the interested party.
