The renewal of the accreditation must be requested 3 (three) months before the end of the (four) 4 year period of the initial accreditation, if the training entity intends to continue its activity, under penalty of expiration.

The expiration of the Accreditation disqualifies the training institution from conducting courses and vocational training actions with legal validity.
